Beginning May 23, 2022, parents may call Gatlinburg-Pittman High School to set up an appointment time with the school counselor. Appointment times will be 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for specific dates during June and July.  NO OTHER APPOINTMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE.  It is strongly recommended that each parent and incoming ninth-grader schedule a conference. The meeting will last about one hour to design a four-year plan for academic success for the student and to acquaint the student with GPJH and GPHS’s standard of excellence. This meeting will not involve setting up schedules or changing courses. Freshman schedules will be issued at Freshman Orientation in August just before school begins.

Gatlinburg-Pittman High School’s Office and Guidance Office will be open during the summer Monday –Thursday 7:00 am to 4:45 pm. If you have business that will take an extended amount of time, you should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing.

All offices will be closed on Fridays.
