East Tennessee Foundation Scholarships

East Tennessee Foundation (ETF) awards scholarships from over 75 scholarship funds in 25 East Tennessee counties. ETF also coordinates scholarship awards for students from 16 counties and states outside of our 25-county service area and for students studying law, architecture, or sports-related fields of study. Please see these listings and descriptions for more information. Visit ETF Scholarships for details and to apply. Scholarships open December 15, 2024 and close March 15, 2025.

DeSear Family Scholarship

Students should visit DeSear Family Scholarship to apply.  Deadline March 28, 2025.

Ripley’s Academic Scholarship

Pigeon Forge Hospitality & Tourism Scholarship

The Pigeon Forge Hospitality and Tourism Scholarship is now open. This scholarship is open to high school seniors attending ANY high school in Sevier County. The student must be planning on attending a university or community college the Fall after their Spring Graduation. Scholarship recipients must be enrolled or accepted into a university or community college by the time of the scholarship presentation in May 2025. Visit PFHTA to apply. Deadline March 31, 2025.

University of the Aftermarket Foundation Scholarships

Your complete scholarship application will be automatically considered by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF). In addition, it will also be considered by several other organizations if you meet their scholarship requirements. A complete application may allow you to compete for several different scholarship awards. Please see the website for specific requirements for each organization’s awards. Applications must be completed by Full-time students at an accredited U.S. college or university or an ASE/NATEF Certified post-secondary automotive, heavy-duty, or collision repair school, graduating high school seniors planning to be full-time students at any of the above, and no GPA requirement.  Visit Automotive Scholarships to learn more and to apply.  Deadline March 31, 2025.

Gatlinburg Rotary Scholarship

Students interested in applying should visit Google Classroom for the application and to apply. Deadline April 11, 2025.

Ronald Parton Trust Scholarship

Students should visit Ronald Parton Trust Scholarship to apply. Deadline April 17, 2025.

Gatlinburg Garden Club

Students planning to pursue Biology or Environmental Studies receive preference but all students are encouraged to apply. Visit Google Classroom to apply. Deadline April 30, 2025.

GPHS can receive and submit transcript requests via Parchment (if your college uses this service it will prompt you to enter a counselor email KristiCantrell@sevier.org or AudreaPotter@sevier.org).  This service offers secure document transfers to employers, scholarship organizations, and post-secondary institutions.
