TN Artist's Association Scholarship Recipient

HIGHLANDER SPOTLIGHT: The Tennessee Artist's Association announces a $500 scholarship award to Kylie Katelyn Patterson. As a student leader, artist, and writer, she plans to study graphic design at East Tennessee State University. She has participated in various school organizations, volunteer activities, and art programs, including the UTK High School Art Academy and Arrowmont School of Craft.
